What exactly is a drain timer valve, and why do you need one?

Every compressed air system generates condensation—what we call "drain." Traditionally, someone has to manually open valves to discharge this drain, which is time-consuming and often forgotten. When drains aren't discharged properly, your system efficiency drops and equipment can fail.

Here's how our solution works: Our drain timer valves automatically discharge accumulated drain at preset intervals. But here's what makes Airtec different: while other solutions frequently clog and require constant maintenance, our patented ball valve design prevents root clogging from the start.

Time-free valve (Standard type/TV-15A)

When the power is turned off, the fluid is forcibly shut off. Protect your valuable fluid products.

Because it is equipped with a spring-return valve, in the event of an emergency such as a power outage, the valve will be forcibly closed.

Timer box （Ryugoro）

Removes drainage in piping at a low price. Various valves can be controlled with an on / off timer.

Many customers purchase only the control part of the drain timer valve, so we will sell only the box. Fluids other than valves can also be controlled.
